Visible Voice is a collaborative research and community engagement network that makes use of the transformative potential of Visual and Performative Arts

Participatory workshops provide the starting point for longer term engagement and collaboration between researchers, participants and local professionals.

Working together to create visual exhibits and events provides unique opportunities for researchers and participants to observe and understand the way different people experience and give meaning to their lives.

We use visual narrative construction, as a form of inquiry and as means encouraging self directed visual activism

Established in 2006 Visible Voice is also an international network of participants and researchers who make use of the communicative potential of digital media, the internet, social media and local actions such as exhibitions and cultural events to share ideas and support community led development across the network.
